Massage therapy consists primarily of hands-on treatment of the soft tissues of the body, specifically, the muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints for the purpose of relieving pain and optimizing health.
Massage therapy treatment has a therapeutic effect on the body and optimizes health and well-being by acting on the muscular, nervous and circulatory systems. Physical function can be maintained and improved; and physical dysfunction and pain and the effects of stress can be relieved or prevented through the use of Massage Therapy. Massage can be used as a stand-alone treatment or in combination with other therapies.


Naturopathic Medicine

Tina graduated from CCMH in 1994. The reward of helping her patients feel better physically and emotionally is the reason she became a massage therapist. Tina uses a whole person approach when treating her patients, noting the importance of the mind-body connection and the body’s role in holding trauma. She is a very versatile therapist working with patients of all ages and conditions. She specializes in Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, relaxation techniques, pre and postnatal massage, and infant massage starting at 1 month of age. When she is not working Tina enjoys renovating her century home, gardening and cooking.

Dr. Jessica Maguire, ND

Jessica Maguire, ND, RN, earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Wilfrid Laurier University. A standout athlete, she excelled in Lacrosse, earning Rookie of the Year in 2004 with her team winning four consecutive OUA championships.

Driven by her passion for helping people, Jessica pursued a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Toronto, graduating in 2010. During her time at U of T she and a peer decided to volunteer in Ghana. Jessica’s volunteer experience in Ghana she was able to assist local RNs in well-baby checks and spending time at an orphanage. The experience sparked personal growth, fostering gratitude, and a passion for service.

Her experience as a registered nurse in both the ICU and Endoscopy departments deepened her understanding of patient care and sparked her interest in preventative and alternative healing methods.

In 2019, Jessica furthered her education by enrolling at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto graduating in 2023.

Today, Jessica combines her diverse educational background, extensive clinical experience, and passion for natural healing to empower her patients on their journey toward optimal health and well-being. As a dedicated Naturopathic Doctor and RN, she offers a unique blend of evidence based and holistic care in her practice combining acupuncture, lifestyle and diet coaching, nutraceutical and botanical prescriptions.
